I have added the 'expert' tag, since 1) the theorems are incorrectly attributed (e.g. the Littlewood -- Offord lemma as formulated is not due to Littlewood and Offord, and surely can not be strengthened: it is sharp for equal numbers); 2) there are no references, 3) probably one should define the Levy concentration f-n, and mention more advanced results (such as the Halasz lemma).
