The list is based on those found at [1] and [2]. The list from Estelrich's 1912 book corresponds with them. The present list may be incomplete. A full reliable list might be in the Diccionario de la música española e hispanoamericana (SGAE, 1999-2002) or in the Diccionario de la Zarzuela. España e Hispanoamérica (2nd ed. 2006).
Of the zarzuelas presented in this list 4 are to be proved but better sources: Verso y prosa, Covadonga, Las ánimas, and El remendón. Both lists include also La canción del marinero (1871), but this is definetely a short piece and not a stage work; the assmmd article even lists it in another place as a melodia. Estelrich's list omits La canción del marinero and Covadonga. The latter is also absent in the assmmd list.
