Should Define Steel

It is not clear from the article (or Wikipedia links) what "steel" includes in these tables. I found this on p. 12 one of the PDF source links.

"The figures are based on a broad definition of the steel industry and its products, including ingots, semi-finished products, hot-rolled and cold- finished products, tubes, wire, and unworked castings and forgings." Keith McClary (talk) 19:18, 23 March 2014 (UTC)
