Instructions. Copy the rates table to a sandbox. Then copy the counts table to a different section of the same sandbox. Then copy the counts column and paste it to the right of the rates column. This is better for small cell phones in portrait view such as the iPhone SE 2020. See:

Substitute commas for spaces in counts column:

Add flags. Link countries:

- Template:Sticky table start. Template:mw-datatable. Template:static-row-numbers. Template:table alignment.
If desired, Template:Sticky header can be used instead of Template:Sticky table start.
