Unclear expression (section Legal Career)
[edit]Am I the only reader baffled by the presumably metaphorical expression in this phrase:
He...punctured the GLC's Fares Fair low-cost public transport policy (1981)
I think this too colloquial to be clear, a more precise expression is needed (perhaps using legal terminology). In what way did he puncture that policy? The policy's wikipedia article does not mention Scarman.Cloptonson (talk) 11:16, 15 June 2024 (UTC)
