This page appears lifted from grade 12 history notes - while the German page isn't the best in the world, are there any objections to a translation of it?

Yes, the three emperors is completely wrong.
It's not Kaiser Wilhelm II but the I
Tt's Francis Joseph.
And finally it's not Alexander the III but the II.
cheers

Furthermore, Russia did not secretly rejoin the league of Three Emperors. Rather, they secretly signed the Reinsurance Treaty with Germany that, going against the Dual Alliance of 1879, says Germany and Russia will remain neutral if one of them is attacked by another country except in the case of Germany attacking France or Russia attacking Austria. Then the individual country could decide what to do.--D'Artagan (talk) 01:06, 5 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
In terms of content, the revised entry looks great; I only made a few minor modifications in terms of presentation and format.
To begin with, the reference section was originally untitled, so I reformatted it under a specific “Notes” heading. The “Diplomacy of the Great Powers 1871- 1913” reference box was awkwardly positioned between the text and the references for the text, so I moved it to the bottom of the page, which is generally where it is placed in entries with a similar type of category box. The “External Links” section was also slightly altered. Instead of providing the link at the very end of a given source, I turned the entire source itself into a link. This seemed to me to be general Wikipedia procedure as well (mostly because it gives you the fancy looking blue bullet box before each listed source).
