Do Shashliks alsou should be included? They are popular, and you wount find them in England. Rasol alsou isn't original Latvian food, but are in article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Edo 555 (talkcontribs) 11:31, 16 March 2009 (UTC)

I think the image of Latvian dinner should be changed since it is very stereotypical and do not represent Latvian cuisine. First of all, kvass is not Latvian drink at all, moreover even if it is being used, it never comes with milk. Sauerkraut and gherkins are (stereo)typical German dishes and have small relation to Latvian cuisine as well. So, the only true thing there is cold beet soup (which i changed from borscht, since it is not the same).
