[edit]You'd think someone would have the good sense to lock editing of the article after seeing it on the front page of reddit... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.130.172.119 (talk) 17:05, 26 January 2009 (UTC)
Any objections to the removal of the obviously out-of-place sentence? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.113.117.245 (talk) 17:23, 26 January 2009 (UTC)
- Actually, I think they have a point. This article *is* currently #10 on the [reddit http://www.reddit.com/] front page, with over 500 hits in the last 15 hours. I'd wager that it's because of that, that we are are getting excess vandalism directed at the article and a short term form of protection is probably appropriate on it. cheers Deconstructhis (talk) 17:31, 26 January 2009 (UTC)
Sources-Citations
[edit]Map Art (http://www.mapart.com) "Ontario Town & Country Atlas" (ISBN 1-55198-226-9) published by Peter Heiler Ltd. (Mapmedia Corp. 2004?) pg 73 notes this lake as being the "Largest Lake on a Freshwater Island in the World". I'm not familiar with adding citations to Wikipedia, so I will leave that to someone more capable than I. 24.235.198.91 (talk) 06:26, 10 October 2010 (UTC)
Number of Islands
[edit]The text states that there are a number of islands within the lake but the infobox states that there are two. While two IS a number I would have guessed from the text that there would be more than two. How many are there? Could this be cited please. WikiParker (talk) 22:33, 18 October 2011 (UTC)
