Repeated Pittsburgh adds

I don't know why Pittsburgh keeps getting added to this page by anonymous IPs, anyone have any ideas?

From searching online I can't seem to find any reliable sources which mention it. Reddit suggests that it's Coop de Ville, which I already added to the article but is not a La Colombe store.
