Personal opinion
[edit]"As the years went on, people began to agree with the British way of thinking, this was due to the fact that they had been oppressed for their entire lives so homophobia had always been a part of their lives. It was written into the laws, but also into the minds of the upcoming generations." Is this an opinion, or is in the citation, because I cannot find wording like this in the citation.
