BMX rider or professional rugby player?

There are two Kyle Evans. Page required for each. I'm not sure if the rugby player is notable, per WP:NRU, while the BMX rider participated in the 2016 Olympics so certainly meets WP:NCYC. Qwfp (talk) 17:55, 18 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
