Cleanup suggestion

It's fairly obvious that the initial article originates among Mr. Guergov's private PRs. Since the listing of his properties and investment projects is not really important from an encyclopaedic point of view and the summary is detailed enough, I would have in this article only the summary, with the Positions and Controversy parts.
