Kosovo is still considered internationally a part of the Republic of Serbia, and Serbia considers the region under UN administration. the article completely bypasses such facts. This needs to be fixed. --Russavia Dialogue 06:24, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well, Kosovo certainly doesn't consider itself part of Serbia... it functions as an independent country whether Serbs like it or not. The fact of the matter is, Serbia has no power or control in Kosovo anymore. ~38% of UN countries recognize Kosovo as independent and more are doing so all the time.
