The following Wikipedia contributor has declared a personal or professional connection to the subject of this article. Relevant policies and guidelines may include conflict of interest, autobiography, and neutral point of view.
User Dellano Silva is a swimming coach who is an employee of one of Konstantin Grigorishin's assets, the Energy Standard Swim Club. This is in violation of the Conflict of Interest guidelines of Wikipedia. This account also seems to be a single-purpose account, for the use of creating a Wikipedia presence for Konstantin Grigorishin.
Further, in review of other edits related to the International Swimming League, it appears as though many of the league's pages and affiliated team pages have been updated by those who work for or are affiliated with the league. There seems to be a pattern of Conflict of Interest in these edits, and the league appears to be attempting to use Wikipedia as a source of marketing.
