Can anyone confirm for certain, the exact date this album was released? Most sources say 1991, but none of those lists a specific date. The album's Amazon.com entry lists February 21, 1992 as the release date. My guess would be the copyright on the album says 1991, and maybe it was pressed/printed toward the end of the year, but the actual release was delayed until Feb. of 92. Going on that assumption, and because Amazon is the only place that lists a specific date rather than just a year, I'll go ahead and edit it. If anyone has information to the contrary, please feel free to fix it. -- K1darkknight 16:07, 19 July 2007 (UTC)
- Amazon.com, eh? Um, here's the real story: it was released in Canada in late 1991, and in the United States in early 1992. Canadian albums aren't always released concurrently in both countries. And for what it's worth, the RPM charts indicate that the Barenaked Ladies cover of "Lovers in a Dangerous Time" had already hit its peak chart position and was sliding back out of the Top 40 by February 21. I can assure you that its release as a single didn't predate the album; while their cult was certainly bubbling under the surface, BNL weren't yet a big enough name to be a pre-release teaser single for a compilation album.
