I am curious as to what exactly in my article about Kenneth Pasternak is not meeting your "citations" as I have cited all references.

I would also like to know why you deleted the information that I added to the article regarding a project in the Catskill Mountain watershed region which is of great importance to the State of New York, particulary the upstate NY region.

Also am very curious as to why I can not highlight the fact that the judge found Mr. Pasternak to be innocent of all SEC charges nor are you allowing me a direct quote from the judge or even to put the information in bold. I would appreciate it if you could clarify these issues as I am attempting to put an article with fatual information on your site. Thank you. Number One - its not "your" page. See the note at the bottom of every page as you press "submit": "If you don't want your writing to be edited mercilessly or redistributed for profit by others, do not submit it."
Number Two - you are using first party sources - material published by those whom have financial relationships with the subject of the article. Read our policies about sources WP:NPOV, WP:V, WP:RS - our articles must be sourced by material from third party sources.
Number Three: You cant "highlight" it because we are an encyclopedia not a resume, tribute page or other place to "highlight" comments. In addition, doing so violates our manual of style. -- The Red Pen of Doom 00:18, 11 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Your response makes NO SENSE to me. First- I used third party sourcing from magazines and newspapers who report on wall street and the financial markets and Second - I am a 3rd party source. I am not an attorney and have no "financial affiliation" to Mr. Pasternak nor do any of the sources I have cited. I am a woman, a Virtual Assistant(VA), Mr. Pasternak spoke with me about submitting an educational project as Mr. Pasternak is a US History teacher. Now, is there anyway in which I can have this resolved and have the Catskill Mountain Resort added as it is an important matter crucial to NYS's economic future and Mr. Pasternak is spearheading this major undertaking. This is a fact and once again, I shall document only relevant facts without hontotting. On a final note thank you for the clarification regarding why certain things can not be "highlighted it makes perfect sense. - Mrs. S. 74.76.155.82 (talk) 00:57, 11 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

PS- The below is simply wrong and I would like an apology!!!! and would like the seeking alpha references put back in place - thank you

The source used by the article was a press release from Pasternak‎'s lawyers. If we have the comment carried by reliable sources third party sources, then perhaps. But WP:BLP: "Unsourced or poorly sourced contentious material about living persons—whether the material is negative, positive, or just questionable—should be removed immediately " (emph added). -- The Red Pen of Doom 01:31, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
