Keisha Lance Bottoms is the 60th Mayor of Atlanta. A daughter of Atlanta, Mayor Bottoms strives to continue the city’s progress as a global business hub, and the nation’s cradle for civil and human rights. Mayor Bottoms is committed to realizing her vision of One Atlanta – an affordable, resilient and equitable Atlanta – which stands as a model city for both commerce and compassion. Mayor Bottoms’ notable accomplishments to date include the establishment of the City’s first fully-staffed Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, the appointments of a LGBTQ Affairs Coordinator and a Human Trafficking Fellow, the citywide elimination of cash bail bond, the closure of the Atlanta City Detention Center to ICE detainees, the rollout of the most far-reaching financial transparency platform in the City’s history – Atlanta’s Open Checkbook, and the release of an Atlanta City services mobile app – ATL 311 that will serve as the lead communications tool for an upcoming infrastructure improvement initiative that will be announced in fall 2018. A lifelong public servant, Mayor Bottoms is the only Mayor in Atlanta’s history to have been elected to all three branches of government, serving as a judge and City Councilmember before being sworn in as Mayor. Only the second woman to be elected to Atlanta’s highest office, Mayor Bottoms was designated a “Woman to Watch in 2018” by Viacom’s BET Network. She has also been profiled by Atlanta Magazine, Georgia Trend Magazine, Ebony Magazine, Essence Magazine, and Politico Magazine, where she was named “the most prominent black female executive in the South – and one of the few in the entire country.” Leading with a progressive agenda focused on equity and affordable housing, Mayor Bottoms serves as Chair of the Community Development and Housing Committee for the United States Conference of Mayors. She has also joined mayors across the country in taking a stance for the removal of the citizenship question from the 2020 Census form, support for an Amicus Brief to protect Temporary Protective Status for immigrants, and the end of LGBTQ discrimination. A product of the Atlanta Public School System, Mayor Bottoms graduated from Frederick Douglass High School and went on to receive her undergraduate degree from Florida A&M University. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law. An active member of the community, Mayor Bottoms is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Jack and Jill of America, The Links, Inc., and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.. She has also served on the board of Families First, where she shares her personal story of adoption, and advocates on behalf of adoption and foster care. Mayor Bottoms is the daughter of Sylvia Robinson and R&B icon Major Lance. She resides in historic Southwest Atlanta with her husband, Derek W. • That's nice, but unfortunately its content is unencyclopedic in tone. You've been told this many times. This isn't targeted at you, but please spend literally ten minutes on Wikipedia and see how the other articles are written. They have to conform to a certain standard, both in content and in format (called the MOS). Your repeated additions have flouted those conventions, and as such have been disruptive in that you do not participate in any conversation over your edits, or even generally use edit summaries, until now. You also have a paid relationship with the subject of the article whom you have referred to as your client, as such, you have an extra set of rules governing your behavior with respect to your client and your conflict of interest, links detailing such are on all of your talk pages. Lastly, there is a rule that you must use only one account, including IP addresses, which is called WP:SOCKPUPPETING, violation of which will lead to banning from the encyclopedia. • Shouldn't this come out, too: "Mayor Bottoms is the only mayor in Atlanta's history to have served in all three branches of government, serving as a judge and City Councilmember before being sworn in as Mayor"? COI

Given how at least one editor (IP 65.82.136.222) has identified themselves as having Bottoms as a client, "another", Jjspruiel, has identified working for her communications team and "another" editor who may or may not be the same individual as those two, Zinzisebunya, has a username which corresponds to a LinkedIn profile identified as "Zinzi Sebunya Communications Specialist at Atlanta Mayor's Office of Communications", the Conflict of Interest tag I added to the main page should stay up until we can conclusively determine that the content is free of COIs and is NPOV. There have also been some IPs making the same edits as the users named above, but probably not worth an SPI if they can hold themselves to only using one account going forward, as well as declare their COI and abide those rules. The same offending data was just re-added despite the protection by Rmj2k6 2k7 who last was active 11.5 years ago. That user also tried to make a page called "Ralph Jones Jr" which was deleted and can be assumed to be the user's initials. I didn't even get to finish typing "Ralph Jones Jr Keisha Lance Bottom Atlanta" to check for a further connection when Google suggested the whole term after the "K", and found numerous things such as Mayor Bottoms' campaign paid consulting firm with ties to top election official, wherein her campaign paid a consultant who happened to be the son of the Election board official, and subsequently seemingly gave that consultant/son of Election official, Ralph Jones, Jr a job as the Public Information Officer at City of Atlanta. Is this real life? Are they even trying to comply with the rules? JesseRafe (talk) 21:14, 27 September 2018 (UTC)

That seems likely to be a compromised account that was sold to circumvent semi protection. I reached out to Nick on IRC who has now blocked them. The image they were adding is a clear copyright violation and should under no circumstances be allowed on the article. If they own the copyright, they can send a verification to OTRS. No you are right. The only way they would've stopped would've been to retracted their autoconfirmed status or block and since they were always WP:NOTHERE (even their earlier edits were vandalism) it is a good block IMO. And you are right about OUTING (although he did voluntarily leave his full name on his user page). HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 21:45, 27 September 2018 (UTC)

I agree we're approaching OUTING, but I think we still fall under "Also, if individuals have identified themselves without redacting or having it oversighted, such information can be used for discussions of conflict of interest (COI) in appropriate forums." as both the two LinkedInned users had openly used their full names on their accounts and made no secret about working directly for and on behalf of the Mayor. The Spruiel one, on the otherhand, is a username in the traditional sense, and my understanding would be that listing their name and occupation would be doxxing, not "Hey, account FirstLast is actually person First Last!", which would be like, the worst Scooby-Doo climax ever.

I also am reasonably sure the most likely scenario is, the IP and first two named accounts would have continued to edit unless blocked but were stymied by the protection, then asked around if anyone knew of anyone who had a Wikipedia account with the history to get past the confirmation filters and Mr. Jones suddenly remembered he used to dick around on here back in high school and was able to recall or get resent his password and then either directly gave it to the others, or used it to do their previous edits as directed.
