Unreferenced

I removed the following reference [1], because it says basically nothing to confirm the text of the article. All it says that during 1987 election he was sitting member. `'Míkka >t 23:14, 6 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Death

Although I cannot find an exact date of death, I have found several instances where he is refered to as "the late K. R. Latchan". Examples include this and this. I have therefore removed the living=yes parameter from the page. --Jezebel'sPonyo ^shhh 20:22, 2 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
