Polish?
[edit]Does anyone have a source for the category? I couldn't find anything. JackO'Lantern 04:31, 7 April 2006 (UTC)
- Jack, that doesn't matter. Krasiński is a Polish surname. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kowalmistrz (talk • contribs)
- Uh huh. If it doesn't matter to you, you likely oughtn't be editing Wikipedia. Everything included here has to pass WP:V and WP:RS used to verify that content. Nothing more than that. Mad Jack 20:29, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
- He has said before in a WIRED interview that his grandparent's are polish. Rateb4isik (talk) 18:47, 22 January 2024 (UTC)
This Sentence is Weird
[edit]"It was revealed that Krasinski previously interned for the Late Night with Conan O'Brien during an interview with O'Brien that aired on November 2, 2005." — Preceding unsigned comment added by Macarion (talk • contribs) 23:24, 29 June 2006 (UTC)
- The article no longer contains this poorly-written sentence. Primogen (talk) 19:39, 10 January 2013 (UTC)
Graduation date?
[edit]This article says that he attended Brown in 1997 and graduated in 2002. Are we sure about this? My Brown Alumni Monthly says that he was the class of 2001. It still may be the case that he didn't graduate until 2002 (as Wikipedia claims), but I'm suspicious.--Davidjelinek 02:04, 28 November 2006 (UTC)
How he got into acting
[edit]Is it worth mentioning that him hitting the big time was like winning "the lottery" Article where he mentions a bit about his up-and-coming. About halfway down the page. Hadiz 02:27, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
- No, because the same could be said for just about any actor who becomes noteworthy enough to merit a Wikipedia article. Primogen (talk) 19:42, 10 January 2013 (UTC)
Major
[edit]I'm also quite sure there's no such major as "playwright"--76.200.191.38 (talk) 18:26, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
"Adorkable"
[edit]Why is it that "Adorkable" redirects to here? DanMat6288 (talk) 17:06, 17 August 2008 (UTC)
- Haha, you're right....I have no idea who or why someone did that.... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.137.176.179 (talk) 04:08, 24 December 2008 (UTC)
License to Wed
[edit]John was actually the main star of License to Wed. He was not a supporting character. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.83.124.253 (talk) 13:50, 28 August 2008 (UTC)
Incorrect Link
[edit]The link to the movie the Notebook instead goes to Dreamgirls —Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.240.46.101 (talk) 15:31, 15 September 2008 (UTC)
Pamela Anderson?
[edit]seriously? 24.4.193.124 (talk) 03:14, 24 August 2009 (UTC)
- Whatever that means, seven years later. Who knew? ... "What difference, at this point, does it make?" -- AstroU (talk) 23:57, 25 January 2016 (UTC) -- PS: I guess I could do a Google-search and find out what was happening in 2009.
Burke?
[edit]If his father was Krasinski and his mother Doyle, where did the Burke come from? 78.16.154.173 (talk) 14:04, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
- His maternal grandmother was born Eileen Goggin Burke. All Hallow's Wraith (talk) 08:43, 20 March 2014 (UTC)
Emily Blunt
[edit]I thought he was engaged to marry her? There's info that they're supposed to be married in June in her entry. Where'd the other chick come from? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.140.191.179 (talk) 03:30, 13 November 2009 (UTC)
Personal stats?
[edit]How tall is he? He always seems to tower over other actors in photos. --68.102.163.104 (talk) 13:40, 28 December 2010 (UTC)
- He's 1,91 cm, almost the same same height as Snoop Dogg (1,92 cm )and Abraham Lincoln (1,93 cm) Rateb4isik (talk) 19:37, 17 July 2023 (UTC)
Brother-in-law?
[edit]"His brother-in-law is actor Stanley Tucci, who married Blunt's sister Felicity in 2012." A brother-in-law is the brother of one's spouse or the husband of one's sibling. Felicity is Krasinski's sister-in-law, but Stanley Tucci is not his brother-in-law. Tucci is, however, Emily Blunt's brother-in-law. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 108.2.221.171 (talk) 12:56, 7 January 2016 (UTC)

sending manuscript
[edit]Where can i send you a manuscript "Buried Truth" Berneda (talk) 22:06, 18 May 2018 (UTC)
- Wikipedia doesn't receive manuscripts. Please read WP:OR regarding Wikipedia's policy against publishing original research. If you believe you're asking Mr. Krasinski this question, I am not sure why you think an inquiry on an editors' discussion page regarding editorial issues with respect to the encyclopedia article about him is going to be helpful. I suggest you read WP:NOTSOCIALMEDIA; we are volunteer encyclopedia editors who are unaffiliated with him (as should ideally be the case for every person who is the subject of a Wikipedia article). - Julietdeltalima (talk) 22:13, 18 May 2018 (UTC)
editing/help
[edit]Hey guys,
I think if you have been watching this page in recent times, you might have noticed that some major changes have been added. I tried doing my best to expend and add more informations about his film/tv career and pêrsonal life. However, I am not the best when it comes to syntax and references (the sources are all there but the reference formats is messed up lol). I also want to add IN THE MEDIA section I have many ideas and sources but I would appreciate the help.
Anyone want to take this to (almost) Good article status? Anyone? - Meryama (talk) 14:15, 7 June 2018 (UTC)

Brown University Degree: AB vs BA
[edit]Krasinski's bachelor's degree from Brown University has occasionally been changed from AB to BA. It should remain AB, however, because, according to a page on the Brown Website: "A.B. and Sc.B. refer to the fact that Brown awards its degrees in Latin. Do not use B.A. or B.S. to abbreviate."--Jeremy Butler (talk) 11:41, 13 July 2020 (UTC)
add the new career stuff onto the snippet at the top, snippet only goes up to 2019 information, theres no new info in the snippet

Typo, right?
[edit]- In October 2019, Krasinski's fantasy comedy IF was picked up by Paramount Pictures… The project, which was later retitled IF, will also co-star…
