@Ssilvers: refs 3 and 5 disappeared in your last edits to the John Bush Jones article. Is this something that you want to take care of? Regards, Mollifiednow (talk) 14:05, 5 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

PS, I honestly don't understand what happened to the two refs of two books listed in the Bibliography either, but I defer to your experience. Mollifiednow (talk) 14:09, 5 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

User:Mollifiednow, Footnote 3 refers to Jones' 2009 book. Footnote 5 refers to Jones' 2004 book. The full cites are given below, under the "Sources" heading (Sorry, I had not completed the Sources section before.). This is called WP:CITESHORT, and I prefer writing them manually, rather than using a template. -- Ssilvers (talk) 20:29, 5 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It's going to take me a bit to find it, I have a system of saving a screenshot of content that I use and I email myself the webpage link. Unfortunately, I deleted the ss, I will go through my old email and try to find it. I don't know what link I used :-( I'll try to find it this evening. P. 292 doesn't make sense. The sentence that it sources says that he wrote it in the preface....? Did he not? -- Ssilvers (talk) 06:24, 6 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Apologies for not responding sooner. I removed this page from my watchlist after edits. To answer your question, I understand, the page number doesn't make sense, but its been too long for me to try to find the Google book (?) reference where I found the information. It may be incorrect. It's possible that I made an error in the page number. I understand you are very protective of the article and accurate information, you could always delete the reference to it from the article. I only added content because it was on a list of articles (WikiProject Journalism), that I tried to expand on. Best- Mollifiednow (talk) 19:02, 13 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
