Part in General Strike (1926)?
[edit]Although ASLEF participated in the General Strike in support of the miners' grievances, causing strike-breaking volunteers to be used as train drivers, I have not found any reference to any position he took personally. The wiki General Strike article states the TUC of which he was then a council member did not control the strike, and no mention of the strike appears in his ODNB article. Any evidence anyone?Cloptonson (talk) 17:00, 29 March 2013 (UTC)
