Year of Birth

Born in 1952? Eh?? So she'll have been 7 in Never Take Sweets from a Stranger and 11 in The Beauty Jungle then? Oh, come on!! Virtually every other source gives 1948 as year of birth, which seems a sight more plausible. Incidentally, no offence intended here as I think Ms. Faye grew up into a remarkably beautiful woman and I still have fond memories of Amy March (nasty beyotch!) burning Jo's book in the BBC Little Women, even though I haven't seen it in 40 years. I can find no record of her birth as Janina Smigielski, not even on Genes Reunited. In fact, even on the Janina Faye website, there is no mention of either her birth name or her date of birth, which seems a bit odd. — Preceding unsigned comment added by DavidRayner (talk • contribs) 17:15, 17 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
