Keep

Brown represented Jamaica in the 2019 World Championships, clearly satisfying WP:ATHLETE. NOM did not do a WP:BEFORE or such a fact would become evident. I supplemented additional facts, NCAA Champion, #2 in NCAA history, #17 in world history, world record for combined times in the same day, Arkansas school record, qualified for 2020 Olympics. Any one of those would give cause to a decent argument of her notability. She has plenty of superlatives that demand keeping the article. Trackinfo (talk) 22:57, 16 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
