Notability?

[edit]

Jaden is a minor part of an already-small, mostly online political movement. If Ethan Ralph’s article was removed under this characterization, shouldn’t this one also be? 70.172.103.231 (talk) 04:09, 19 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I think calling the guy a white nationalist is a bit harsh. 128.119.149.51 (talk) 22:06, 28 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
He's young and stupid. But a nazi? 128.119.149.51 (talk) 22:06, 28 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Notability

[edit]

@Swinub he's notable enough. Got reliable sources talking about him. Got thousands and thousands of followers. If you don't think he's notable because he doesn't have over 100,000 subscribers or followers, YouTubers like Maram Susli got a Wikipedia articles when they only had 30,000 followers on YouTube, and she still doesn't have 100,000 yet. HumansRightsIsCool (talk) 21:38, 6 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Also many of his tweets attacking Nick Fuentes his former friend get 100-400k views. What do you have to do to be notable then? He's pretty notable and good at exposing Nick Fuentes HumansRightsIsCool (talk) 21:40, 6 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
We do not need an article for every side character in dissident politics. Syrian Girl has been well-known online for over a decade, not only for her YouTube channel but also her activities outside of it. McNeil's article does not establish any real notability. The sources used are primarily contemporary local coverage and the SPLC calling him a racist (many such cases). His follower count doesn't really factor into it but is noticeably low... 4,000 subscribers on YouTube, 30,000 followers on Twitter—if that qualifies as "notable," I'd have an article too.
As for him being "good at exposing Nick Fuentes," see WP:SOAP. Swinub 22:25, 6 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
he doesn't post or stream on YouTube, and there's no content on that account. Also the ADL isn't "local coverage". HumansRightsIsCool (talk) 22:30, 6 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
That probably is his channel but he hasn't used it in forever. And syrian girl still doesn't have 100k followers and got a Wikipedia article when she only had 30k HumansRightsIsCool (talk) 22:33, 6 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Btw you said I was disruptive for liking Jaden McNeil. I clicked your account and it said you were a Catholic or something, Nick Fuentes identifies as a Catholic nationalist. deleting a Wikipedia article about Nick Fuentes's enemy? HumansRightsIsCool (talk) 22:36, 6 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Also one last thing. You said my edits were unsourced? It's literally sourced in the ADL hit piece and other sources linked into this article later HumansRightsIsCool (talk) 22:39, 6 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
