This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because the subject is noteworthy. He owns one of the only art galleries in the Northen Galilee and is a notable artist in his own right. There have been numerous articles written about Elbaz and though many of these articles are not in English under wikipedia's guidelines it is stated 'Sources may encompass published works in all forms and media, and in any language.'. It also says that 'availability of secondary sources covering the subject is a good test for notability.' and if you will note the second 'external link' it is clear that Elbaz's photography and life has been the subject of many articles and his work has been published in numerous magazines and newspapers. Whilst these newspapers are on the subject's own website I believe they are verifiable and thus should still be allowable as these papers, apart from Time, do not publish archives and therefore I found this to be an easier way to display that Elbaz has been written about and published instead of simply listing the articles and newspapers without internet links which would still be valid as the general notability guideline says that 'Sources do not have to be available online'.
