My reading of the report is that they are not saying that this Act has a short title, because in the contents, and in the draft clause, they cite it by session and chapter. (Whereas they cite later Acts by expressions that look like they are meant to be short titles). And the name they give it is simply "Islington Church Act" (those words are italicised in paragraph 2 on page 53. James500 (talk) 19:39, 27 January 2012 (UTC)
