Clarify choice of birth year
[edit]Some sources list Irene Long's birth year as 1951. However, in 1994, she was quoted as saying "I was nine years old," she recalled. "it was 1959, and I was watching a show on television called 'Man and the Challenge.' It was about getting ready for human spaceflight. (Kennedy Space Center News Release No. 87-94) If she was 9 in 1959, then she had to have been born in 1950 (or 1949). The program Man and the Challenge ran for 36 episodes from Fall 1959 to Spring 1960. --Bejnar (talk) 17:57, 20 May 2012 (UTC)
