The Treaty of Amiens
[edit]France was scrupulous in its compliance with the treaty of Amiens, and they evacuated Naples and the Papal states in 1802. They did not reoccupy Naples until after the UK declared war on France in May 1803. The only violations of the Peace of Amiens came from the UK. Stop apologizing for the British, who were suffering from Bonaparte Derangement Syndrome and were not thinking clearly. 169.252.4.22 (talk) 13:58, 2 August 2023 (UTC)
