Event

[edit]

The historical event is recorded by Diodorus Siculus: fifteenth book, 15.13.2, who reports that the invasion was undertaken by Illyrians, in alliance with Dionysius I of Syracuse. There are five reliable sources in the article's bibliography about it, don't move the article to an incorrect title. – Βατο (talk) 18:17, 6 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Repeated restoration of problematic version

[edit]

The version that continues to be restored, with minor differences between each revision, is problematic for numerous reasons; including WP:OR, WP:OFFTOPIC (have a read of WP:COATRACK as well), MOS:VICTORY, and the unexplained removal of content. I can be more specific if needed. Do not restore again this problematic version. If you think otherwise, use this thread to make your case. Demetrios1993 (talk) 15:18, 5 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I think we should include it as a tactical draw since the illyrian won in epirus but lost in delphi i mean still the illyrians weren't fully expelled from epirus northern parts still remained under controll and also we should add the part where illyria invades macedonia but not in the same year, they invaded shortly after in 383 BC i think we shouldn't make 2 seperate pages for events that were linked to eachother and are in the almost same time period by the way after that invasion illyria kept lands of macedonia in the north so i will change the page now hope this helps Drmapspetrova (talk) 22:50, 7 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
