- @128.210.4.87 Defining was surely wrong. Maybe it would be good to also mention ? At least, I have seen this in other contexts, and I assume that the order reversing property of the ideal quotient in the right entry agrees with this. Rschwieb (talk) 21:49, 3 November 2015 (UTC)
Ring identity
[edit]Presumably this article assumes rings to have multiplicative identities? (otherwise several of the listed properties would not hold) - If so, this should be mentioned in the introduction. Joel Brennan (talk) 17:28, 28 March 2022 (UTC)
