The company Conicity Technologies (conicity.com/edgehone) has developed technology that significantly reduces the ability of the skate blade to cut flesh. It is in use in the US NCAA groups as well as with Team USA Men's Olympic Team. We have been trying since 2016 to get the NHL and others in the USA to listen and to evaluate the technology and we are not getting through to the right people. I am reaching out to you today in hopes that you can help us. The accident happened in the UK, and neck guards are being made mandatory. This process the razor sharp edges that create the cutting hazard. Please help us get the word out. We are located in Pittsburgh, PA, perhaps you could pass the message on to an AP source that is local to Pittsburgh. 2603:301F:1544:8000:6820:597E:2F7B:9CB9 (talk) 15:37, 8 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
