Not sure when The Animals' song or "Dancing With The Moonlit Knight" were played during "IKWIL(INW)." I don't want to delete it, in case it's true, but please let me know when this occured. Mhspiper (talk) 19:42, 26 November 2007 (UTC)mhspiper

Early in the jam at the end of the SECONDS OUT version of "IKWIL" there is a short snippet of "DWTMK" in the form of Hackett's "tapping" guitar soloing. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.244.131.146 (talk) 16:51, 9 March 2010 (UTC)

Um?

I don't think "I Know What I Like" should redirect to this song. There is another distinct version by Huey Lewis that deserves separate mention. Elfred (talk) 13:36, 22 July 2008 (UTC)

In popular culture sections should discuss the impact of the article subject "in popular culture". It is not a place to list trivia. In the case of this article, I Know What I Like (In Your Wardrobe) is popular culture, so if we were to list every single time it was heard we would have a long list of essentially pointless information. The question that needs to be asked is in what way is this appearance on Top Gear significant to the song or significant to "popular culture"? I can't see it being of any importance in either way. It being "marginally interesting" is not enough.

Aside from that, details of it being played on Top Gear were uncited, and have a suggestion of original research about them.

I can cite it if that's what you wish. I'll admit I'm somewhat new to contributing on Wikipedia. The fact is that Top Gear is a very, very well known TV Show. People who search for "Top Gear Genesis" will be able to find this page much, much easier. More Genesis fans? I'm happy with that.
I've had many friends ask me what the song is after hearing it on Top Gear because it sounds "cool". I never asked for a long list of appearances in popular culture... I ask that you simply leave my edit be and let me make it more relevant. You think it's useless information? I disagree. It's subjective. -- Jordan.benn (talk) 01:53, 30 May 2011

It is relevant, partially due to the fact (according to genesisbox3.com) that the Selling Elgland liner notes in the box set are written by Jeremy Clarkson.) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.114.250.168 (talk) 15:45, 26 July 2011 (UTC)

It's out of scope for this article, though may be appropriate for the relevant Top Gear episode article. SilkTork ✔Tea time 10:47, 22 September 2015 (UTC)
