It is VERY difficult to find NPOV citations and sources for this controversial issue. I have cited as much as possible. Please, help! Bearian19:12, 23 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I found a few things. The first two are reliable, but only marginally useful to this article. The Palmer book, if it can be located, would be very useful. There's a good description of it in the Potter annotated bibliography. The Potter bibliography is online in pdf, so it might prove even more useful in finding more sources.
