Notability/title

I understand the value of NRHP and the associated wiki project. And many (all?) of the sites listed in this list may well be notable. I am concerned that this list is very narrowly tailored and as a list is not notable. historic places in mobile, down to only catholic historic places. Is there any news/magazine/book coverage of the list/submission directly (rather than about the individual places, which may be individually notable? Have you read the National Register's MPS? It is linked in the inline citation. The lead section that I added explains more about why these are notable as a group.
