Hi HeatherThomson - the article isn't using an image, and spot-checking through the revision history, it's never used an image, so I can't see the problem you're describing. Your edits, however, are problematic - you seem to have attempted to change the article, which is about a middle distance runner from New Zealand called Heather Thomson, into an article about a different person called Heather Thomson. That's not OK for a couple of different reasons. First, the correct approach would be to create a new article about this different person, using a title like 'Heather Thomson (nutritionist)' or similar. Second, your username suggests that you are the person you are trying to write about yourself - see WP:AUTOBIOGRAPHY for why that is not a good idea.
