Yvonne and bob moon 60 th wedding anniversary

hi, my Mum And Dad will be celebrating 60 years of marriage on 1 February. They have both battled with their health over the years and we take each day as it comes. They live in Burleigh Waters but over the past four years my dad has had to reside at the Robina rise Nursing Home ❤️ my parents names are Yvonne and Bob Moon Yvonne is 84 and Bob(Robert) is 85. Yvonne is a real fighter. She has had cancer twice and determined to get through it. She’s had five heart failures and kidney failure. Recently we had my father in ICU and my mother in emergency. My mum was undergoing an eye operation for eye cancer. My father Bob had Septis and we got a call from ICU that we had to quickly jump on a plane because they felt like he wasn’t going to make it through the night. They have both feet or odds. Robert (Bob)is back in his nursing home, giving them lots of trouble and Yvonne is back in her home in Burleigh Waters where she is well known by all the locals as the Christmas house, nothing stops this woman. She even won the Burleigh heads bowling tournament just recently Robert and Yvonne three children. Jodie who was an assistant principal, Brad who's in construction and Kellie who is working for criminal justice. Bob and Yvonne have the love for footy. Footy is always on the TV in our home. This is what we feel. Got Bob over the line when he was in ICU. The football grand final was on and the famous Craig Young called him and spent time with him talking about the good old days Bob used to coach St. George Harold matthews jersey flag in SG ball for many many years and coach the likes of Brad Mackay. Yvonne has been heavily involved in nippers for 35 years and has even a trophy named after her. She has also been a volunteer at the local hospital for over 10 years. She wanted to get back to the hospital that saved her life, Bob and Yvonne moved up to Burleigh waters from Sydney 10 years ago and have never looked back. Many of their friends have done the same thing and then you get together once a week on a Thursday at Burleigh Bears for dinner raffle and a laugh. Our family wants to wish Yvonne and Bob a very happy six years wedding anniversary. You are truly inspirational. Nothing can stop the two of you. Congratulations on 60 years of marriage.
