Sexual Harassment

The article currently has nothing about his sexual harassment of the reporter Nicole Bahls while she was doing an interview in Brazil. It's well documented, and there's a lot of sources, but almost all are in Portuguese, which I don't know. Sandtalon (talk) 01:38, 28 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Supreme Court Case

I've added the Thomas's Habeas Corpus granted by the Supreme Court in 2004, as it's a significant ruling which set some precedence for similar cases later on.

The full text of the Court's ruling is here , but I didn't use it directly as per the No Original Research rule.

I was not able to confirm the following from reputed sources:

Whether the criminal case made any progress before the habeas corpus was granted
Who petitioned for the habeas corpus (it was Thomas's attorney Paulo Freitas Ribeiro, but this is only verifiable in the original source linked above)
