In these edits I had to make a number of changes to the article. First of all, large portions of it were unsourced and written in a tone that is completely inappropriate for an encyclopedia. Content included:
Pandey "discovered his passion for acting" - Puffery. Tone. How do we know what's in his mind?
"did well in sports, athletics and academics" - Puffery. How do we know this?
"With his debating and elocution skills he proved that he had the gift of the gab" - Oh come on. Tone. Wouldn't be surprised if the subject wrote this.
"Gaurav’s acting bug took over" - Not proper tone.
"super popular web series" - Puffery. Inappropriate tone.
"Being part of a unique concept and with a cast of talented female actors in the team with the likes of Parineeti Chopra, Richa Chadda, Kalki Koechlin, and many more, Gaurav got a chance to display his acting potential with the right kind of exposure." - Heavily laden with "importance-by-association" and ends with puffery about the subject's acting potential.
There were other issues as well, like unsourced birthdate, unsourced place of birth. Once the majority of the content had been removed, we were left with one and two sentence sections for Early life and Career, and most of it was repeated in the lead. Since it doesn't make sense to have one or two sentence sections, I incorporated everything into the lead and tightened up the prose. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 03:00, 14 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
