Wing area?

[edit]

Got two different values here, 14.80 and 14.27 m², seemingly from the same ref. Also (marginal, rounding error) differences in the Rotax hp. I did not change them, not having the source, but think they should agree. Given 75 kW, I could make rounding arguments for either 100 or 101 hp, but the area difference is significant.TSRL (talk) 20:11, 11 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks fort pointing those out - it should read better than that for numbers. I'll clarify the wing area. The hp is a template rounding off error, which I'll fix too, by re-arranging the numbers in the templates. - Ahunt (talk) 20:48, 11 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

zenith comment

[edit]

Hi, the comment that zenith made is false. I am the official G1 America representative and our G1 is not a Zenith copy! (it is a originally based on the Yuma design in Italy...) This may be critical for our market and we strongly advice you to remove this comment! Or you leave us the chance to explain why it is not a copy! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 162.255.113.12 (talk) 16:01, 30 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for bringing this to the talk page. As far as you editing this article, you are in a clear conflict of interest as as explained in that link. So you should stop editing the article and make requests for changes here on the talk page, where they can be evaluated by other editors
The information from Zenith is sourced. As that ref notes Zenith considers the Yuma too an unauthorized copy. We are happy to add text that shows that there is a controversy over this issue, so if G1 Aviation wants to make a public counter-statement, perhaps on their website, then that can be quoted in the article as well, but we need a source to quote and not just original research. - Ahunt (talk) 17:35, 30 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
