[edit]A question. According to the main article on the movie "the actors had signed contracts with him and the producers ensuring that they would not appear in any type of media, motion pictures or commercials for one year after the film's release in order to promote the idea that the film was truly the recovered footage of missing documentarians."
This is substantially different from the claim that "The actors had signed contracts to stay out of the media for a year in order to fuel rumours that the film was a snuff movie."
Which is of these two claims is correct? 71.34.99.251 (talk) 19:43, 7 July 2008 (UTC)
They are both correct. A snuff movie is a movie in which the killing of people is visible and real, not just made up or acted out. So for the director to promote the idea that the movie was recovered film from a documentary in which people die would be just like saying it was a snuff film. 98.196.78.26 (talk) 02:12, 24 August 2009 (UTC)
