Colors

The colors of the image do not exactly match the colors in the article. In RGB the image's blue is 18/27/133 while the article suggests 0/48/130. There are similar differences on the other colors, too. These colors are close in appearance, but flag colors are usually pretty specific. Not sure which version is more correct.
