Dablink
[edit]Hello, I'm from the Wikipedia Computer and Video Games Project. I've restored the dablink to the F355 video game. The video game is a very difficult article to find on Wikipedia mainly due to the fact that the game is widely known as Ferrari 355 or just F355, so any assistance in helping other people find the article is greatly appreciated. It is an important title in the work of games designer Yu Suzuki and the AM2 development team at Sega. It is also important because it was one of the first major games on Sega's NAOMI system. - X201 22:43, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
Trivia
[edit]Do we really need to know that it is in a computer game and that it is not called a Ferrari, i saw one last week on my street, should i add that in trivia. I know it is called trivia but that is really trivial. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 84.69.57.227 (talk) 01:49, 6 December 2006 (UTC).
- As someone who is coming at this from the Computer and video Games angle, No you don't. Wikipedia:WikiProject Computer and video games is working on reducing trivia entries of very little worth in it's own specialist area and wouldn't want trivia to spread to others. The actual article it links to (Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition) is the sort of article that is not wanted, it's just a series of lists, and will undergo a massive pruning when time allows. In the meantime I'm going to remove the trivia section. - X201 09:07, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
Top gear (award winning television program in the uk) recently said that there hasn't been a single good looking Ferrrari since this model. Is that worth putting in trivia? :S —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.21.158.193 (talk) 22:38, 15 July 2008 (UTC)
About the "Significance of the Model" section
[edit]This is a terribly written section, for reasons of style, grammar, and content. In terms of style, it's written like a car magazine column, not the crisp, impartial form of an encyclopedia. The grammar is poor; there are entire sentence that make no sense. And the content is heavily biased, starting with the very first sentence. (I could easily argue the 250GTO or the Testarossa or the F40 were the greatest Ferraris ever made. How is the author going to prove me wrong?)
I suggest the whole section be deleted. If someone wants to re-write it (to about 1/3) the length, in a better form, then by all means do so. Bur I strongly suggest that the next person who reads this deletes the section. 184.145.60.239 (talk) 01:47, 9 December 2011 (UTC)
Silly to call Honda Acura
[edit]That's a very US-centric thing. So I've removed it :) Egg Centric 13:58, 14 December 2011 (UTC)
Combine this artcile with Ferrari 348
[edit]The 355 is just an 'evoluzione' of the 348. In fact, every body panel is interchangeable between the two. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.221.181.197 (talk) 03:39, 18 February 2012 (UTC)
POV wording re. gearbox
[edit]"The new transmission guaranteed lightning-quick gear changes, with the additional advantage that both the driver’s hands could stay on the wheel at all times."
Someone competent to properly describe the velocity of the gear changes or the capability of the then-new transmission should do so, so that we can dispense with an inappropriate descriptor like "lightning-quick". Cheers. Azx2 04:13, 25 October 2013 (UTC)
