The result of the move request was: Merging discussion with Talk:Fandom#Requested move 26 December 2024. RMCD bot is complaining that "Fandom is requested for move in a conflicting RM discussion". Fandom (disambiguation) → Fandom – Make it like the case with Georgia (Georgia (country)/Georgia (US state)) because the use of the term "Fandom" is a 50/50 between the subculture and the website. The long-term significant usage of the word "Fandom" in the English language is a completely different situation than "Georgia", especially when the website was first branded after the subculture term in 2016 (only eight years ago after originally using names like Wikicities and Wikia).
