Discography Date(s)

I have a CD here of "the essential EZRA CHARLES collection RETURN OF THE RADIO AVENGERS", and it says the Compilation was remastered by Skip Burrows at Sunrise Sound, Houston, Texas, and the date on the back says 1999.
