Really sorry about my edits. I should have read the rulebook more clearly

I work at ESBG and WSBI and would like to contribute through the talk page going forward. The reason is there are so many updates to some key facts and figures that deserved updating. Really sorry I did it myself instead of going here.

I took out some stuff that was in WSBI and ESBG website and pasted on the ESBG wiki entry. Won't do that again.

Added the list of members that is available on the ESBG site. Thought that would help too.
