I'm merging this article into Padishah Emperor again, as it is a stub at best and completely redundant (I have added the Fafnir info that was missing, however). Many Padishah Emperor stubs have found a home in this article. If the Elrood IX section becomes cumbersome in the future it can be pulled out again like the Shaddam Corrino IV article, but frankly I don't think the character will be featured in another novel to the extent that his own article will be necessary.
