Tolkien

I removed the reference to Tolkien in the image caption near the top of the article. It doesn't really add anything and isn't supported by the reference. It's from a lengthy speculation on Shippey's part about what Tolkien thought about Germanic elf traditions. This doesn't refer back to anything Tolkien wrote, but is clearly Shippey's own analysis.

Also, the actual reference was hard to track down, not just because I have a different printing of the book, but because it gave a 9-page range for the single sentence relevant to both of its uses. I have thus replaced the reference with one from my edition, since it should be more specific. At the same time, the reference doesn't say "neolothic", it says "prehistoric".
