Unnecessary (& dubious) comment

It was the fourth accident, and the third with fatalities, involving the newly established EgyptAir.[ref]
The [ref] lists these accidents without any qualification or comment; the words above were added by an editor here. Whilst it is accurate, up to a point, please note the following;
- One of the accidents involved a Yugoslav registered aircraft, leased to Egyptair, most likely with a Yugoslav crew. Egyptair may have their faults, but pinning this one on them is harsh.
- Egyptair was newly renamed at this time (1971), not 'newly established', and in fact dates back to 1932.
- This is not the place to discuss Egyptair's safety record.
