Formatting - see alsos, etc.

I made some formatting changes, fixing improper use of bold, etc. Removed "See also" type sentences. Another option is to add the Further reading, etc. items as citations. Here's the diff if someone is interested in that.–CaroleHenson (talk) 21:32, 21 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
