I recommend rethinking the word "flagship" in reference to a document, particularly a data-driven report. Its meaning is ambiguous. Consider clarifying whether the document is the first in a series or the largest of its kind or the most important of the group, etc. OmahaRoyals (talk) 17:46, 3 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
